She also played around with silverware, even dropping several pieces on the floor. She didn't have a tag, but if you see a woman with short brown hair and gold hoop earrings, carrying a purple pocketbook, that's her.
And when she did finally come, she was perhaps the RUDEST server I've ever had. Our waitress said she'd be right with my table, and then it took ages for her to come. Several other staff members walked back and forth repeatedly like they were trying to look like they were doing something, but were in reality trying to avoid doing real work. It'd be one thing if she was prepping silverware, but she was staring aimlessly around like she was trying to look busy. One of the waitresses was more interested in playing with silverware than serving customers. Several tables were filthy, but no staff made any attempts to clean any of them. If this is the answer to the rise in unemployment, I guess humanity really is on a downward spiral. Clearly, that's too tall an order for this location, and the staff it somehow still has.
Just because this is a chain restaurant does NOT mean to neglect basic standards.
